CAJUN CREAMY SHRIMP & SAUSAGE PASTA
Ingredients:
Cajun Sausage
Preferred amount of shrimp
¼ cup onions
1 tbsp. Garlic
1 cup White Wine
½ cup Cream
1 Lemon
Parsley to taste
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
Acquire your preferred pasta and add it to a pot of boiling water. Toss your shrimp in a pan with a quick dressing of oil and cook them halfway through just as they start to turn pink. Remove them from the pan and set aside. Add your onions and garlic to the pan, let it cook for a minute, and additionally add the white wine. Let the alcohol cook off and add in your cajun sausage crumbled or cut, your choice. Allow the sausage to cook thoroughly and add your cream into the pan. Once at a simmer, add your shrimp back into the pan along with your lemon and parsley. Lastly, pour in your drained pasta and you're done. Throw in some veggies for some extra flavor and enjoy!
