6 - 8 pm | $225

In North Park, butcher Stephen will be teaching eight lucky participants how to properly butcher a whole hog. During the two-hour class, expect to practice your knife work & learn some breakdown techniques. You’ll get hands-on experience cutting, de-boning, and slicing a heritage breed pig. 

Stephen has over 10 years of extensive experience butchering in Europe, Australia, and across the United States – so you’ll be learning from a pro.

Each guest will leave with 8+ pounds of fresh-cut pork, some sausages, and yes, snacks will be provided.
