The Ox Box
It’s a monthly meat subscription, and so much more. Chef Brad Wise and his crew of badass butchers curate about 10-ish pounds of premium proteins, some marinated, some spiced, all vacuumed-sealed for easy storage. There’s even a recipe in each box so you can recreate his favorite dishes at home.
How it Works
JOIN THE CLUB
10 pounds of beef, chicken, and pork (maybe a little more some months), some marinated, all vacuumed sealed and ready for pick up on the first Thursday of the month.
ADD MORE MEAT
A few weeks before your subscription renews, you’ll have the opportunity to add even more meat to your box. Think fancy porterhouses, tri-tips, or ox bacon.
PICK IT UP
Stop by the shop on the first Thursday of the month to grab your box. While you’re here, browse the shop for some wine - Ox Box subscribers get 15% off all bottles.
EAT IT
Every box has a recipe created by Chef Brad Wise, so you can recreate a few of his favorite dishes from the comfort of your kitchen. Plus, we got tips and tricks for ya.
What to Expect
Your monthly box includes 10 pounds of premium beef, pork, and chicken, sourced from the best purveyors in the region. Our top-notch standards means the quality cuts in your box are better for you and the world than the mass-produced meats you find at the big box shops. To make meal planning easier, we include a few marinated meats and some recipes.
PICK UP SCHEDULE
Payments are processed on the 20th of each month, and pick up is available on the first Thursday of each month (we’ll drop you a line mid-month as a reminder). You have through the weekend to grab your box. Any add-on’s must be submitted before the 15th, will be charged alongside your regular subscription, and can be picked up with your monthly box.
