SOUTHWEST SAUSAGE TEX MEX BOWL
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup jasmine rice
2 cup chicken stock
1 tbsp salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
Cook the rice low and slow and fully covered.
Meanwhile, cook the sausages on a grill in a cast iron pan on medium heat until done.
BUILDING THE BOWL:
grab whatever you want, we’re using:
canned black beans that are rinsed
shredded cabbage
cherry tomato cut in half
1/2 avocado
chopped cilantro
roasted mini sweet peppers
